Maribel Martinez is a paralegal at Kearney, McWilliams & Davis at the San Antonio office location. Ms. Martinez was a paralegal and case manager for Rachel Moreau-Davila for over five years before they both joined the firm in March 2021.

Prior to Moreau Davila & Associates, Ms. Martinez was a paralegal for a local attorney who was also a part time Bexar County Justice of the Peace Judge for over 10 years.

Ms. Martinez has broad experience in assisting attorneys with drafting, case and trial preparation and overall administrative support in client management in the handling of various matters.

Experience in Criminal Defense (State and Federal) Family Law (Divorce, SAPCR, Child Support, Adoptions) and various Immigration Petitions and Consulate Process Procedures.
