Elsa Perez is an Office and Legal Assistant at Kearney, McWilliams & Davis, PLLC.

She assists the firm by organizing and coordinating administrative duties and office procedures. She creates and maintains a pleasant work environment, ensuring high levels of organization, effectiveness, and communication throughout the workplace environment. Other responsibilities include scheduling meetings and appointments, making office supplies arrangements, greeting visitors, and providing general administrative support to all attorneys on staff ensuring maximum efficiency.

Her role within the firm also includes performing a variety of task to support attorneys in the creation of legal oil and gas title opinions, including and organizing files, conducting legal research and drafting documents.

Ms. Perez earned her Bachelors of Art in Philosophy and Political Science with a Minor in Communications from The University of Northern Colorado. When she isn’t aiding attorneys at KMD, Elsa is at home watering her many flowers.

Elsa is based in the Denver office of Kearney, McWilliams & Davis, PLLC.
