Travis Lee Shaw is a Senior Attorney, joining Kearney, McWilliams & Davis, PLLC, in 2017. Travis’ practice focuses on commercial law, which consists of real estate and construction litigation and transactions on residential and commercial property, including general counsel for HOAs and POAs. Also, business & corporate law, commercial transactions, and litigation, complex business solutions, including entity creation, mergers, acquisitions, and reorganizations, and corporate strategy.
Travis completed his J.D. from South Texas College of Law in 2011 and graduated from Texas A&M in 2005. Prior to working as an attorney, Travis spent several years working in the construction and manufacturing industries.
Travis is licensed to practice law in Texas, Colorado, and in the United States District Court for the Southern & Eastern Districts of Texas. He is based in the Houston office for Kearney, McWilliams & Davis, but actively meets and represents client in Colorado.
