Robert Mongole is an Associate Attorney at Kearney, McWilliams & Davis, PLLC.

Robert Mongole is a highly skilled attorney with experience helping exploration and production companies operating throughout Texas and Louisiana. Robert earned his law degree from the Louisiana State University Paul M. Herbert Law Center. Since then he has worked as a field landman, title attorney, the Land Manager and Corporate Counsel for a small E&P company, and most recently as the Senior Acquisitions and Divestiture Land Advisor at Cinco Energy.

Robert advises exploration and production companies on operations, title opinions, curative, joint exploration and development agreements, purchase contracts, and farmin-farmout agreements. He represents companies in oil and energy acquisitions, including due diligence in the purchase and sale of producing and non-producing oil and gas properties. He also represents Louisiana operators in environmental remediation lawsuits.

Robert is licensed to practice law in Texas and Louisiana. He is based in the Houston, Texas, office of Kearney, McWilliams & Davis, PLLC.
