Jordan B. Franklin
Attorney
Jordan B. Franklin is an Associate Attorney in the Intellectual Property group at Kearney, McWilliams & Davis, PLLC. Jordan focuses primarily on Trademark, Copyright, and Contractual matters in industries such as entertainment & media, fashion & beauty, business, and the like. Prior to joining KMD, Jordan was the Owner and Managing Attorney of The Franklin Law Group, where she represented small businesses and entrepreneurs in various IP matters.
Jordan is currently a member of Minorities in Intellectual Property Law Association (MIPLA), Texas Accountants and Lawyers for the Arts (TALA), The American Bar Association (ABA), and serves as a member of the Trademark Committee under the Federal Bar Association IP Section. In her spare time, Jordan loves traveling, watching college football and learning and working on her golf game.
Jordan is licensed to practice in the State of Texas and before the United States Patent and Trademark Office for trademarks. She is based out of the Houston office of Kearney, McWilliams & Davis, PLLC.
