Elizabeth Villalpando Reed is licensed to practice law by the District of Columbia since 2009 and has also met the legal guidelines to practice law in Mexico since 2003. Elizabeth earned her bachelor’s of law from the Pan American University School of Law, Guadalajara, Mexico in 2002, and earned a double Masters in Law from St. Mary’s University School of Law in 2009 and 2010, focusing on American Legal Studies and International and Comparative Law. While at St. Mary’s University School of Law, Elizabeth was a student attorney at the Immigration and Human Rights clinic, where she attended master calendar hearings at the Immigration Courthouse and conducted extensive legal research.
