Enoch "Keoki" Waipa is an attorney at Kearney, McWilliams & Davis, PLLC. He focuses his practice on oil and gas matters and title concerns.

Keoki's experience includes title examination, drafting Drilling and Division Order Title Opinions and supplemental Division of Interest Opinions. He also has experience drafting Spacing and Pooling Applications before the COGCC. In addition, Keoki has his own general practice, focusing on entity formation, business and contract issues and criminal defense.

Keoki is a graduate of the University of Hawaii's William S. Richardson School of Law. Keoki is licensed to practice in Colorado and Montana.
