Craig Galanter is an Attorney at Kearney, McWilliams & Davis, PLLC.

His practice focuses on oil and gas law and commercial real estate law, including drafting of title opinions, performing due diligence for mergers and acquisitions and commercial leasing negotiations. Craig also reviews and edits title opinions and division of interest ownership reports.

Prior to joining Kearney, McWilliams & Davis, Craig worked for a large franchisor that has over 500 locations nationwide. He exclusively handled all aspects of their real estate space inside each shopping center and all aspects of construction and development for new carts, kiosks and in-line stores. Additionally, Craig negotiated commercial leases and drafted various documents including Franchise Agreements, Assignment and Assumption Agreements and default and termination letters.

Craig received his law degree in 2009 from Florida Coastal School of Law and his undergraduate degree from The Ohio State University. During his time at Ohio State, Craig was a member of the varsity fencing team.

Outside of work, Craig can be found exploring one of Colorado’s numerous trails with his Border collie and Australian shepherd.

Craig is based in the Denver, Colorado office for Kearney, McWilliams & Davis, PLLC.
